Thanksgiving! Enjoy the Day Off!

Today's Thanksgiving in the United States, and traditionally a day off for the masses. If you're one of the lucky, enjoy the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.

Here at my place in Denver, we're doing turkey two ways: The traditional baking method. Takes 3-4 hours, takes good, makes the house smell wonderful. And, we're doing the fried turkey method. Takes 20-30 minutes. Has the potential burn down any structure nearby with a hellacious grease fire if you're not careful. But can make a turkey better than any you've ever had.

I'll be taking tomorrow off as well, being with family and friends. But, Don Jones'll be posting another post in his PowerShell series to keep you entertained.
