Colorado Technology Association Nominates 3t Systems for CSIA Apex Award

Press Release DENVER ­ May 2, 2007 -- CSIA today announced 115 nominations from 94 companies for the 7th annual CSIA Apex Awards, one of the largest annual technology award events in the nation. The 115 nominations exceeds all previous years, marking this the largest pool of nominations in the organization¹s history.

...the leaders of Colorado¹s IT market", said Jackie Walden, Chair of the CSIA 2007 Apex Awards Committee. "It¹s important to recognize the achievements made by the IT industry in our state, as well as the people behind the successes. These nominees ­ as well as the guests ­ represent the innovation and business success of technology in Colorado," she said.

"The Colorado technology market continues to intensify, and we are even more impressed about the nominees this year because of the sophistication of and thoughtfulness from each of the nominations," said Su Hawk, president of CSIA. "The companies nominated this year represent a broad spectrum of IT products and services, showing the innovation, intensity and inspiration that embodies why our industry is so strong," she said.

New this year is Colorado¹s Top Tech Educator. CSIA is continuing to focus on education by recognizing the talented educators present in Colorado classrooms. This award will be presented to the individual educator whose efforts are making a real and measurable impact on primary and/or secondary students and their understanding, passion for and use of technology.

The event begins at 5 p.m. with a reception and gourmet hors d¹oeuvres; the awards program begins at 6 p.m and is different this year as it will be incorporated into the networking, not a separate theatre-style program.
