Kaseya Webcast: How to Increase Margins through Automation of IT Service Delivery

Last month, Kaseya asked me to give a short presentation on the "Seven Inefficiencies of Outsourced IT" and how that related to their Kaseya Management Platform. This platform is specifically designed for those small companies that handle the IT support for others (the "outsourced IT model").

The presentation was a rousing success with...

...over 300 people signing on to hear the presentation and look at the Kaseya product. If you didn't get a chance to hear the webcast and want to check it out, you can download it (registration required) from:

During the presentation we discussed how the hourly model for outsourced IT just isn't all that scaleable. You work more, you get paid more. But, if you want get paid more, you have to work more. Systems management tools like the one from Kaseya help you move your hourly model to a monthly model, freeing you from long drives from customer to customer and ultimately helping you better scale your business.

Check it out!
