From the news release:

Quest Software is Microsoft's 2007 Global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner of the Year. Quest also won this award in 2004 and was a finalist in 2005 and 2006.

The Global ISV Partner of the Year Award is given to the Microsoft partner that demonstrates outstanding leadership and excellence in partnering with Microsoft and its customers.
