Windows Home Server Hardware Now Shipping
If you haven't heard much about Microsoft's new entrant into the prosumer and home office marketplace, Windows Home Server is a new tool that's not quite a server but yet not quite a workstation either. The new product makes easier the process of storing files, making backups of all machines on the network, streaming media, web sites, and even VPN'ing into your home. A nice collection of features, IMO.
Terry Walsh has started an entire blog on the new product, and in a recent post showed a few pictures of the HP MediaSmart EX475, one of the first platforms to run the new O/S.
