Does Anyone Know if ReadyBoost Works with Server 2008 Running Desktop Experience?

It seems I've been on a ReadyBoost kick these past two days, but this feature is one I've been ignoring for too long.

One answer I have been fully unable to resolve is whether Server 2008 can support ReadyBoost if the Desktop Experience feature is enabled? Has anyone tried this to success? Please drop a comment or email me if you've been successful (or learned that it isn't possible).
