Microsoft Announces Free Unlimited Tech Support for Vista SP1

In what appears to be a public recognition of the issues that some IT pros are having with Windows Vista, Microsoft has announced what amounts to free unlimited technical support for Vista installations at Service Pack 1. This free support is available until March 18th, 2009.

Right on, Microsoft!

This support can be obtained either through email (with a 1-day turn-around), chat-room support (with wait times as questions begin to queue), or via phone support at 866-234-6020. This support is during the typical business day and includes limited hours on the weekends as well.
