Emergency Vista Patch to be released (out of cycle) Tomorrow

Microsoft announced today that an emergency patch for Vista will be released tomorrow due to a known and currently exploited vulnerability in Animated Cursor Handling. The exploit code has already been released, is currently in the wild, and is highly virulent.

This is one of the rare out-of-cycle patches we fear. You'll want to download and implement this patch ASAP.
