We'll See More Features in Server 2008's TS Gateway

Not long ago I wrote a series on Terminal Services in Server 2008. In the part on TS Gateway, I talked about how to set up TS Gateway to secure traffic going outside the firewall. Its an unbelievably easy service to set up and use (especially considering the difficulty in setting up both Citrix's Secure Gateway and Access Gateway).

I'm in the middle of writing the chapter on Terminal Services today for my upcoming book on Server 2008 and noticed one tiny bullet point in the Microsoft documentation on the service...

The Beta 3 release of Windows Server "Longhorn" does not include all of the functionality planned for TS Gateway.

Oh reeeeeally. Like just about everyone else, I don't get any pre-release info on what's to come in future versions, but I'm definitely interested in what else will be coming before RTM. If you've got any thoughts or ideas (or you're from Microsoft and want to give a little dish), drop a line or a comment.
