Microsoft (Re)Offers Second Shot for Certification Exams

Scoop! Tomorrow, Microsoft will be publicly announcing the return of "Second Shot", the program where Microsoft offers a free second change to pass an IT pro, developer, or Dynamics certification exam. They plan to keep the offer in place until June 30th of 2009.

Looks like the page has gone live, but registering is proving problematic for me at the moment.
Since the last retake offer ran until June 30th 2008 and this one runs till the same time next year, this is almost a permanent deal now, which is a great incentive for the huddled masses to go out and prove their skills.
