Server 2008 Security Guide Released

I get asked all the time, "Greg, I know that I need to secure my servers, but I just don't know what! Can you help?" That's the purview of expensive consultants, who'll sell you all kinds of services to help secure your network...

...or, you can just read Microsoft's excellent Security Guide series. Adding to those for Server 2003, XP, and IE, comes the Server 2008 Security Guide. These guides spell out exactly what you should do to secure your environment. But they also show you were making some changes can negatively affect it as well. They're always an excellent read, and in many cases they're the basis of corporate and governmental required settings.
