A Detailed Description of User Account Control

Roger Grimes over at InfoWorld puts together a very detailed explanation of Vista's and Server 2008's User Account Control. Without quoting any part of it here (it is comprehensive and needs to be read in its entirety), I'd suggest popping on over to this link to learn more.
