Free tools #3 of 6: Memtest86

Ever had a server that acted super flaky, but you could never figure out why? In a lot of cases, overtly weird behavior occurs from problems down at the hardware level. If that problem is memory-based, you can test your theories with Memtest86. This tool performs a series of hardware tests on your systems RAM to search for bad spots. If you get > 0 errors as a result, its time to head to CompUSA.
